First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Erlan Qarin commented on candidates for Kurultai deputies. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

He wrote on his social media page about the extraordinary III congress of the Adilet party held in Astana. According to him, the congress approved the party's election program and the party list of candidates for deputies. Also, a number of other important issues were considered during the meeting.

"I also participated in this event and was included in the party list by the congress decision. This is a great honor, as well as a huge responsibility. Thus, the Adilet party intends to participate in the upcoming elections with the largest composition of candidates supporting and continuing the President's reforms. That is, among the 7 parties running in the elections, it nominated the most candidates – 186 people," he said.

Qarin particularly noted that compared to previous years, the number of women and young people in the list has significantly increased. Of those included in the party list, 71 are women. Only from the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, 15 representatives were added.

"The party list evenly covers representatives of all regions and various sectors. Personally for me, another special thing is that the candidates include 31 former members of the National Kurultai. All of them are well-known citizens in society. We worked together for five years in the advisory body. Being in the same ranks with such colleagues is a great honor for me. As you have noticed, the participation of women and youth in political life is significantly increasing. New faces and fresh names are coming. All this is fully in line with the process of socio-political modernization taking place in our country," he concluded.

Recall that yesterday at the regular congress of the newly formed Adilet party, the list of candidates for Kurultai deputies was approved. Among them are public figures, entrepreneurs, scientists, officials, former deputies of the Majilis and Senate.
