In Karaganda, blogger Yerken Zhantykpayev, who dressed as a woman and committed indecent acts on the social network TikTok, has been arrested for 10 days. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The police department of the Karaganda region took appropriate measures on this fact and sent materials on administrative offense to the court. By court order, he was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest and given an official warning.
Currently, Yerken Zhantykpayev has deleted his accounts on social networks. At the same time, the police continue to monitor him.
In case of repeated violation of the warning requirements, stricter liability may be provided in accordance with current legislation, police said.
The police of the Karaganda region urged citizens to comply with legal requirements when using social networks and not to commit acts contrary to public order.
