A case against a woman who spread false information damaging the honor and dignity of another person was considered in Karaganda. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the regional court, on June 12, 2026, the court established that the defendant had given other people false information about the victim.
In particular, she said that "she did not give birth to the child from her husband."
"The guilt of M. is confirmed by the protocol on an administrative offense, explanations of witnesses and other evidence examined at the court hearing," the statement says.
By the court's ruling of August 12, she was found guilty and fined 160 MCI. After a 30% discount was applied, the woman will have to pay a fine of 484,400 tenge.
The court's ruling has entered into legal force.
