An accident occurred at the Pustynnoye processing plant, one of the production facilities of Altynalmas AK JSC in Aktogay district, Karaganda region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on July 23 at approximately 11:30. A conveyor operator of the second-stage crushing building at the Pustynnoye plant died.
The causes and circumstances of the incident are being investigated by the authorized bodies. The company expressed condolences to the family, relatives, and colleagues of the deceased and stated that it will provide all necessary assistance and support to the family.
