A contest for the best business ideas among schoolchildren and students has been announced in the Karaganda region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Winners will receive 1 million tenge each, the regional akimat reported. The council of the regional chamber of entrepreneurs is organizing the business ideas contest for the second time.
Applications are accepted until September 22. Young people under 18 can participate in the contest.
Participants must present their idea in one of four areas: agro-industrial complex and processing, IT and artificial intelligence, robotics, ecology and manufacturing industry, the akimat's message says.
First, experts will select the top 20 projects. Finalists will personally defend their projects before the contest commission.
The contest will determine four winners. The owner of the best project in each direction will receive 1 million tenge.
