Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko may discuss Vladimir Zelensky's warning to Minsk at their upcoming meeting, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky issued a warning to Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko regarding the elimination of military infrastructure near the border.

"Indeed, you know that Alexander Grigorievich spoke about this – meetings are planned in the near future. This will be a good opportunity to discuss these and other issues," Peskov said in response to a question from RIA Novosti.

The meeting comes amid strengthening bilateral relations between Russia and Belarus. Putin and Lukashenko have previously met several times to discuss regional security and economic cooperation. Zelensky's warning highlights tensions between Ukraine and Belarus, especially given increased military activity near the border in recent months.
