Emotional burnout, anxiety, or insomnia can be temporary, but sometimes they signal the need for professional support. The Ministry of Health explained which symptoms mean you shouldn't delay seeing a doctor and where to get help. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
"Anxiety, depression, and emotional tension can arise at different periods of life. But it is important to notice when these conditions begin to interfere with daily life," doctors emphasize.
Doctors note that if such changes persist, intensify, or noticeably affect quality of life, one should consult a specialist.
"You can contact a primary health care (PHC) doctor, a psychologist, or a mental health center. Young people can also receive psychological support at youth health centers (YHCs)," the Ministry of Health's statement says.
In addition, the website of the National Scientific Center for Mental Health operates a "Trust and Anonymous Assistance Service," where you can confidentially describe your situation and send a request to a psychologist.
The ministry emphasizes that it is not necessary to cope with everything on your own. Seeking professional help is taking care of your health, not a sign of weakness.
Earlier, "Kursiv" wrote that the Ministry of Health checked the work of mental health services in Mangistau. At the time of the check, over 9 thousand people were under dynamic observation in the region, including more than 2.5 thousand children.
If the article causes you anxiety, discuss it with an artificial psychologist.
