The Head of State received Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was briefed on the progress of implementing the new Constitution's provisions in culture, information, and social policy, as well as the main directions of state policy aimed at improving citizens' quality of life.
Aida Balayeva presented proposals on aligning legislation with the new Constitution, promoting the digital space, strengthening interaction with civil society institutions, and revitalizing the country's cultural infrastructure in family and youth policy, creating new educational, scientific, educational, and creative facilities, supporting traditional arts, and training qualified specialists.
Special attention was paid to the implementation of state social policy. Balayeva reported on the development of education, science, healthcare, social protection, employment, sports, and tourism.
"Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening interdepartmental cooperation, improving the quality and accessibility of public services, developing human capital, introducing modern digital solutions, and forming social infrastructure," the statement said.
The President gave a number of instructions aimed at further strengthening state policy in culture, information, and social development.
