Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed regional governors to accelerate the construction of clinics and hospitals. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the President, the development of healthcare infrastructure is one of the priority areas. Special attention should be paid to the condition of medical institutions in the regions. Governors are tasked with strictly adhering to the deadlines for the construction of new facilities and monitoring their quality.
Also, the Head of State instructed to strengthen coordination of construction work to ensure public access to quality medical services. These measures are being implemented as part of the modernization of the healthcare system.
