Ukrainian band Poshlaya Molly has announced the cancellation of their concerts planned in Almaty and Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The musicians stated that they cannot hold concerts in Kazakhstan at the moment but asked fans to be patient. "At the moment, we cannot hold concerts in Almaty and Astana as part of this tour. However, we ask you to be a little patient. As soon as we have the opportunity to share news, you will be the first to know about the concerts," the band's statement quoted by Telegram channel The Flow said.

The band also warned fans about offers from third-party agencies selling trips to concerts, including allegedly available tickets in Kazakhstan, flights, and accommodation. The musicians urged fans to rely only on official sources and purchase tickets exclusively through the band's official website.

According to Telegram channel SHOT, the concerts were scheduled for September 11 in Almaty and November 19 in Astana. Media claim that local authorities did not approve the performances. Possible reasons include the large amount of profanity in the band's songs and questions about the concert program.

Fans were also promised refunds and a 15% discount promo code for purchasing tickets to the band's performances in other cities of the tour.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that Russian singer Akmal provoked the cancellation of his tour in Kazakhstan with a harsh comment about national colors. This led to mass consumer complaints and claims of 6 million tenge. The Trade Department of the North Kazakhstan Region officially obliged the organizer to compensate for losses, threatening legal action in case of non-compliance.
