The issue of shooting down Russian missiles over Ukrainian territory should be discussed in Poland, the country's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

"Is it right to shoot down Russian missiles already over Ukrainian territory, or should we wait until they reach Polish airspace – this issue needs to be thoroughly discussed. This topic should not become a tool of inter-party political struggle," Sikorski said.

His words were published by the PAP agency. The Polish minister noted that Ukraine currently cannot counter Russian ballistic missiles.

On the morning of July 30, the Polish military reported the detection of an unidentified flying object in the country's airspace and the possible location of its fall, namely a crater with a diameter of about ten meters.
