The Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a statement regarding a resident who complained about police officers. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The police said the information is not true. The incident occurred at approximately 01:00 AM. Police officers on duty noticed a car with open windows. Loud music was playing from the car, and girls inside were shouting loudly. Thus, peace was disturbed during the night.
The police officers approached the car, checked documents, and calmly explained to the driver why they had come. The officers limited themselves to a verbal warning and then let the citizen go. That is, no fine was imposed and he was not brought to administrative responsibility.
Nevertheless, during the conversation with police officers, the citizen became emotional, raised his voice, and recorded the incident on video. Later, he published distorted information about this incident on social media.
All circumstances of the incident were recorded on the police officers' dashcam. The video recordings were checked, and no violations of the law were found in the actions of the police officers, the ministry said.
