The Ministry of Education intends to reduce the number of mandatory documents that teachers must fill out to 5. This was stated by the Minister of Education Zhuldyz Suleimenova at today's government meeting. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to her, the ministry has studied the order approved in 2020 regarding mandatory documents for teachers. Currently, a list of 25 documents has been approved. Now the reduction of their number is being considered.
"The ministry will study situations related to pressure on teachers, infringement of their honor and dignity, as well as conflicts between teachers and students. Each application will be considered comprehensively," the minister said.
Thus, the ministry aims to reduce the documentation burden on teachers and ensure the protection of their rights. This initiative is aimed at eliminating excessive reporting that hinders the professional activities of educators.
