In Pavlodar, police officers tracked down the author of another strange video featuring strings, a skirt, shoes, a scarf, and a vest on a pedestrian crossing. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the regional police department, the video was spotted by officers during social media monitoring. In the video, the girl laid out parts of her summer outfit on the roadway to film a popular trend.
Police determined that the recording was made on July 16 near Pavlodar Airport and later posted on an Instagram page. "The identity of the violator has been established. The girl has been held accountable for violating traffic rules by pedestrians and other road users," the Pavlodar region police department reported.
The police emphasized that such videos, made for likes and views, can pose a real danger both to the authors themselves and to other road users. Earlier, Kursiv reported about a woman fined for a photo shoot on a bridge in Semey. Meanwhile, in Atyrau, police held a 37-year-old passenger accountable who leaned out of a car window while moving and poured a drink for a fellow passenger.
This incident once again highlights the dangers of social media trends. Police urge citizens to follow traffic rules and avoid risky actions. Changing clothes on a pedestrian crossing can lead not only to a fine but also to serious injury or death. Police identified the violator while reviewing the Instagram video and took action. This case underscores the need for greater responsibility for social media content.
