A 26-year-old resident of Pavlodar was arrested for 20 days for using profanity towards mothers during a live broadcast. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
It was found that during the broadcast, the man, while driving a car, demonstratively used profanity, showing clear disrespect to others. In addition, the driver was driving without a seatbelt.
"Police quickly identified him. The violator turned out to be 26-year-old Aslan Amantayev, a resident of Pavlodar. He was brought to responsibility in the form of 20 days of arrest," the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
Law enforcement officers reminded that publishing illegal content, including on social networks and during live broadcasts, is prosecuted by law.
It is worth noting that this is far from the first such case. For example, in the Almaty region, a 22-year-old man was arrested for five days for posting a video with profanity on TikTok and Instagram. In Almaty, a man was arrested for 15 days for using profanity in a video about the akimat and pipe replacement. Earlier, boxer Mukhit Amantayev and rapper "Kislo-Sladkiy" received protocols for using profanity on stage.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that another Kazakhstani was punished for using profanity on TikTok.
