The principles of need for benefits are planned to be introduced gradually starting next year. In December of this year, it is planned to integrate the Digital Family Card with the information systems of second-tier banks.
At that time, citizens belonging to groups "A" and "B" will be checked first. The pilot test will be conducted in stages.
Stages of the pilot project
First, citizens with a high income level will be covered, then wealthy citizens. At the first stage of a thorough review of the pilot project, the effectiveness of measures to optimize social assistance will be considered.
"Depending on the results, we will further expand the scope of this work," Yertayev said at today's government meeting.
