The attack on Orenburg, where the gas processing plant is located, did not affect gas supplies to Kazakhstan, reported the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
"Logistics have been adjusted, and the supply of counter gas volumes is being carried out via an alternative route. The fuel volume is continuously replenished from other sources. Kazakhstan's gas infrastructure is operating normally," the statement said.
The ministry reported that the domestic market is fully supplied with energy resources.
On June 24, the governor of the Orenburg region, Yevgeny Solntsev, reported a massive attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the region. "Several unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over an industrial facility in the regional center. Emergency services are working at the scene. There are no casualties," Solntsev wrote on his Max page.
