In Uralsk, a passenger who committed hooliganism on public transport has been sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on bus No. 9. According to the regional court, the passenger, in the presence of other passengers, including children, used foul language against the conductor and pushed him. He also refused to show the ticket confirming payment of the fare.
Due to the citizen's unlawful actions, police were called to the scene. By a ruling of the specialized court for administrative offenses of Uralsk, he was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
