Seven OPEC+ countries have agreed to increase oil production limits by 188 thousand barrels per day in September. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the statement, Kazakhstan's quota for September will be 1.628 million barrels per day. The next OPEC+ meeting will be held on September 6.
These are the OPEC+ countries that announced voluntary production cuts in 2023: Kazakhstan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, and Oman.
