The first results of negotiations between Kazakh and Russian companies are being summed up at the 22nd Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum in Omsk. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The forum featured sectoral sessions on logistics, ecology, and industrial cooperation, youth events, an exhibition, a business council meeting, and a business networking platform. Over 400 companies met at the event.
According to Omsk Region Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, contracts totaling more than 397 billion tenge were signed as a result of the events. This indicates the high interest of entrepreneurs from both countries in cooperation, the governor said.
