Kaznet's most Instagram-famous family, Karina Oksukpaeva and Arman Yusupov, have put their townhouse in the Almaty mountains up for sale. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Karina Oksukpaeva posted an announcement about the townhouse sale on Threads. According to the blogger, the family decided to expand their living space, so they are selling the 200 sq. m home. The family is ready to sell their personal townhouse for 224 million tenge.
In the announcement, she noted that the house has designer renovations and the furniture will remain for the new owners. Among the advantages of the location, the blogger cited the proximity of schools and the MEGA shopping center.
Judging by the post, the townhouse is located in the California Premium Townhouse residential complex in the foothills of the Zailiysky Alatau. The complex consists of 20 three-story houses with areas ranging from 245 to 310 sq. m. Each premium home has its own yard and terrace.
The couple has two children. Every year on September 1, Karina and Arman share photos of their children on the first day of school. Recently they showed how their sons have changed over the past few years.
In the comments under the announcement, followers praise the house but wonder why the couple decided to sell it. Some users are concerned about the fate of the family's neighbor and friend Artur Askaruly, better known as Archibaaalt: the bloggers constantly visited each other and filmed content about it.
