Since the beginning of 2026, 131 projects have been funded under the Orleu program with about 23 billion tenge. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
This year, the Aktobe region attracted the largest amount of funds, where 12 projects were financed with 7.4 billion tenge due to the implementation of major initiatives.
"High rates are maintained in the cities of Astana (24 projects for 4 billion tenge), Almaty (21 projects for 3.7 billion tenge) and Shymkent (12 projects for 1.4 billion tenge), as well as in the Karaganda (8 projects for 0.7 billion tenge) and Abai (10 projects for 0.7 billion tenge) regions," the message says.
Financing is provided through second-tier banks and the Damu Fund, with the rate for the final borrower not exceeding 12.6%.
The maximum amount of financing reaches 7 billion tenge for investment projects and 3.5 billion tenge for replenishing working capital.
Also, 24 billion tenge is provided in 2026 for the implementation of the unified small business support program "Isker Aimak", which will support about 5 thousand new projects.
As of early August, 266 projects totaling 18 billion tenge have been supported.
