Two people have been rescued from a tunnel at the Trishuli 3A Hydropower Project in Nepal. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing BBC News.

Rescuers pulled two people from the tunnel more than a week after a massive flash flood devastated the Nepal-China border.

The flood severely damaged the area of the Trishuli 3A project, complicating search and rescue efforts. Rescuers used specialized equipment and drones to locate people remaining in the tunnel.

Information about the condition of the rescued individuals has not yet been released. The rescue operation is ongoing.
