After the natural disaster in Nepal, two citizens of Kazakhstan are being searched for. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, search operations are underway in the border area between Nepal and China. The ministry's statement reads: "Search operations are underway for two citizens of Kazakhstan who may be in the area of the Nepal-China border where the natural disaster occurred."
Earlier, it was established that one of them crossed the border between the two countries as part of a tourist group. The ministry stated that it is in constant contact with the relatives of the missing persons.
