NATO leaders, including US President Donald Trump, are set to sign a document at the Ankara summit reaffirming their 'ironclad commitment' to collective defence. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Reuters.

According to a draft text circulated ahead of the summit, the alliance's 29 members will reaffirm Article 5 of the NATO treaty, which states that an attack on one member is an attack on all. The move is aimed at strengthening NATO unity and countering external threats.
