Minister of Education Zholdas Suleimenova announced that the system of allocating teaching hours for teachers will be digitalized. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to her, artificial intelligence will be introduced into this work, reducing the human factor in decision-making. "No teacher should be dependent on the director for these hours. This should be solved only by technology, artificial intelligence," the minister said.
The new platform will take into account the number of students across the republic, their distribution into classes, the number of classes in regions, and the academic load for each subject. Based on this data, the total number of teaching hours at school will be determined and the average load of teachers will be calculated.
The new system will also take into account the teacher's qualifications, experience, and category. According to the minister, the specific solution of this mechanism will be determined within a year.
