Minister of Digital Development Zhaslan Madiev explained why the first-grade enrollment service has been working without glitches this year. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In April of this year, the QazTech platform was launched. The government approved a two-year plan to migrate existing systems to the QazTech platform. Today, all government agencies work with the QazTech platform. Creating new systems outside QazTech is not allowed.
According to the minister, after the migration to QazTech, no disruptions in digital services have been recorded. "A concrete example is the first-grade enrollment service, which opens for the public every year. The previous infrastructure could not handle the load, and the service failed on the very first day of launch. This situation caused negative resonance in society for four consecutive years. This year, the service was redesigned on the QazTech platform. It has been working without a single glitch for the second month in a row," Madiev said at today's government meeting.
So far, more than 365 thousand applications have been successfully processed.
