Minister of Tourism and Sports Yerbol Myrzabosynov reminded that schoolchildren can enter national parks for free. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
At today's government meeting, the issue of tourism development was considered. Then the minister spoke about the change introduced before summer.
"Free entry to national parks has been introduced for children under 18. This measure will increase the accessibility of domestic tourism and ecological recreation. In addition, it will allow for effective organization of children's leisure time during holidays," said Myrzabosynov.
Also, in order to improve the quality of tourist services, rules for the implementation of activities of guides, excursion guides and tourism instructors will be approved.
