The structure of well-known Kazakhstani investor Margulan Seisembayev, Seimar Ltd., has created a joint venture in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) together with entrepreneur Didar Oryntayev, who owns a burger restaurant in Almaty. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The new legal entity named No Name Ltd. was registered in the AIFC on 8 October 2026. The company's charter capital amounted to 1.5 million tenge (1.5 million ordinary shares at 1 tenge per share).
Didar Oryntayev and Seimar Ltd., whose sole founder is Margulan Seisembayev, are listed as shareholders of the structure with active status.
The official purpose of the created company is stated as "development of a fast food chain". The classifier of the organisation's activities includes restaurant management, food delivery services, and the opening of roadside catering outlets.
Before the partnership with the investor, Didar Oryntayev's business was limited to a single establishment. According to Adata, he owns a separate company No Name Burger, registered back in July 2025, which manages the only catering outlet in the Almaty Mega shopping and entertainment centre on Rozybakiyev Street.
On the eve of the registration of the new structure in the AIFC, a video appeared on the No Name Burger Instagram page: Margulan Seisembayev, together with actor Nurlan Koyanbayev, came to the establishment for a tasting. The businessman discussed further cooperation with Oryntayev.
58-year-old Margulan Seisembayev ranks 33rd in the list of the 50 most influential businessmen of Kazakhstan according to Forbes Kazakhstan for October 2025.
Seisembayev serves as managing partner of Asadel Partners PEF Pte Ltd., through which he holds a stake in the private school Tamos Education in Almaty. Together with his wife, through the structures Seimar Ltd. and Agros Ltd., the investor owns 42% of shares in Alel Agro JSC, as well as stakes in Uyz Mai Industry and Agro Fit Kapshagay (where his partner is businessman Galimzhan Yessenov).
In addition, Seisembayev is a shareholder of Haileybury Almaty school, runs author's educational business courses, a YouTube channel, and heads a business club.
