In the Mangistau region, emergency workers rescued a girl who was carried out to sea on an inflatable ring. The incident occurred near the Kenderli recreation area, located 71 kilometers from Zhanaozen. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the girl born in 2004 was carried about 200 meters from the shore during her rest. After receiving the report, the operational rescue team arrived at the scene, found the vacationer, and safely brought her back to shore.
The girl did not require medical assistance.
The Ministry reminded that using inflatable rings and mattresses in open water during windy weather can be dangerous. Rescuers urged people to follow water safety rules and not risk their lives.
