Three people who went missing in Mangystau region have been found alive. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The three had set out to visit the Beket Ata underground mosque and disappeared without a trace. Their car was found in a hard-to-reach area approximately 35 kilometers from Kydyrsha Ata. According to preliminary information, the vehicle got stuck in a swamp.
During the search, the missing citizens were first identified by officers of the Beyneu district police department, Nurzhigit Bazarbayev and Bauyrzhan Nurmukhanbetov. "Currently, the citizens have been taken to the village of Akzhigit for medical examination. Doctors will check their health condition," the police said.
The Mangystau regional police expressed gratitude to everyone who participated in the search operations. It is recalled that three people who set out for the Beket Ata mosque lost contact and went missing. Rescuers, police, aviation, and special equipment were involved in the search.
