Media reports indicate that the violator is a popular TikTok blogger with 2.3 million followers. Police officers identified gross traffic violations during passenger transportation.
The identities of the drivers have been established. They failed to comply with traffic regulations during passenger transportation, did not signal before starting movement and maneuvering, and were also held administratively liable for obstructing vehicle traffic, - said the Mangystau Regional Police Department. The vehicles were placed in a special impound lot.
