Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise does not plan to move to Real Madrid this summer. This was reported by insider and Sky Sport Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg on his X page. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to his information, reports that the Frenchman wants to join Real Madrid are not true. On the contrary, Bayern is confident that Olise intends to stay in Munich. It is also stated that the German club is not considering selling the player in the current transfer window.

Earlier, other information appeared in European media. Goal, citing Foot Mercato, wrote that Olise wants to leave Bayern for Real Madrid, and the Madrid club is showing serious interest. Managing Madrid, citing L'Équipe, also reported that the player allegedly told his France national team teammates and close circle about his desire to move to the Spanish club.

Plettenberg, however, claims the situation is developing differently. According to his information, Bayern is working on extending Olise's contract, which currently runs until 2029. The Munich club wants to keep one of its key attacking players and does not intend to enter negotiations for his sale.

It is also reported that Real Madrid has not made an offer to Bayern for Olise. Moreover, according to Plettenberg, the Munich club has received assurances that Madrid is not currently trying to sign the French footballer.

Olise joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024 and quickly became an important part of the team. Interest in him increased after a successful last season, in which he recorded 53 goal contributions in 52 matches, and his performances for the France national team at the 2026 World Cup.
