The Central Election Commission has published the amounts of budget funds allocated to candidates during the maslikhat elections, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the commission's resolution, expenses of candidates for deputies of maslikhats of Astana, regions and cities of republican significance are covered from the republican budget.
They are: - presenting the program on television, radio and publishing two articles in periodicals or online publications – 410,000 tenge; - holding public pre-election events and producing campaign materials – 180,000 tenge; - transport expenses – 110,000 tenge.
Funds allocated for expenses of candidates for deputies of city maslikhats: - presenting the program on television, radio and publishing two articles in periodicals or online publications – 400,000 tenge; - holding public pre-election events and producing campaign materials of candidates – 170,000 tenge; - transport expenses – 80,000 (eighty thousand) tenge.
Expenses of candidates for deputies of district maslikhats covered from the republican budget: - presenting the program on television, radio and publishing two articles in periodicals or online publications – 290,000 tenge; - holding public pre-election events and producing campaign materials of candidates – 130,000 tenge; - transport expenses – 80,000 tenge.
It should be noted that the elections of maslikhat deputies will be held on November 29 this year.
