In Almaty region, the body of 19-year-old Madina Rashidkyzy was exhumed. A repeated forensic medical examination has been ordered in the case of her death, KTK reports. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The repeated examination was ordered at the request of the victim's side. Madina's mother does not trust the conclusion of experts from Zhambyl region. This time, the examination will be conducted by specialists from Almaty.

The girl died in late summer in the village of Merke, Zhambyl region. According to the preliminary version, she committed suicide. Her relatives claim that shortly before her death, Madina quarreled with her husband and complained to a friend about domestic violence. She left behind an eight-month-old child.

The case is being investigated under the article "Driving to suicide."

"The mother firmly believes that there are those guilty of her daughter's death. And objectively she has reasons for this, which not only we see. These are frequent quarrels, and correspondence of witnesses, including the friend, which were published even before the big resonance. Madina was stolen at the age of 17, before she came of age. Even this fact is the first bell of what happened to her," stated lawyer Inga Imanbay.

Earlier, the girl's relatives stated their disagreement with the suicide version. In their opinion, domestic violence could have been the cause of Madina's death. The case is being investigated under the article "Driving to suicide," which provides for liability for driving a person to suicide.

The results of the repeated examination could significantly influence the further investigation. The victim's side, doubting the conclusions of experts from Zhambyl region, insisted on an independent examination by specialists from Almaty. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.

The death of Madina Rashidkyzy caused a wide public resonance. On social networks, the problem of domestic violence is being raised again, and demands for justice are being voiced. Law enforcement agencies promise to establish all circumstances of the case.

Recall that earlier Madina's mother appealed to the authorities demanding a fair investigation into her daughter's death. She claimed that the girl had been subjected to pressure from her husband. However, there was no official confirmation of this information.

The results of the repeated forensic medical examination are expected to be made public in the near future. Investigative authorities assure that they will ensure a full and objective consideration of the case.
