Confectionery company LOTTE Rakhat intends to supply its products to the Persian Gulf and Caucasus countries, said company board chairman Akhmed Akhrorov. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
"Today, LOTTE Rakhat products are supplied to Russia, Central Asian countries, China, Mongolia, Afghanistan, and Germany. We continue to expand our sales geography while exploring new promising markets, including the Persian Gulf and Caucasus region," he said in his welcome speech in the company's 2025 report.
According to him, more than 250 product items of the company are certified according to the Halal standard, which creates a solid foundation for further expansion of LOTTE Rakhat's export presence in markets with high demand for halal products.
The company plans to maintain sustainable production growth rates and continue work on expanding sales markets. The enterprise's current capacity allows producing up to 100,000 tons of products annually.
"The continued rise in raw material prices in 2025, including cocoa beans, led to a decline in financial results compared to the previous year," Akhmed Akhrorov reported.
He noted that in 2025 the company launched new products on the market. In particular, the ZERO line without added sugar was launched, and the range of waffle products was expanded. Also in 2025, the company invested in the production of corn snacks, laying the foundation for further expansion of the product portfolio.
The total amount of basic remuneration for members of the board of directors of LOTTE Rakhat for 2025 amounted to 122.9 million tenge. The board of directors includes: Jin Hong Thak, Min Jung Ung, Akhmed Akhrorov, Mukhtar Makulbayev, and Bae Jong Han.
The total amount of basic remuneration and bonuses paid to members of the management board for 2025 amounted to 290.175 million tenge. The management board includes: Akhmed Akhrorov, Ryu Hikhi, Im Wonhyuk, Zhanna Orazbayeva, Marat Nurgaziyev, Sergey Krementsov, and Dina Rakhimova. As of July 1, 95.57% of LOTTE Rakhat shares belong to South Korean LOTTE WELLFOOD CO., LTD.
LOTTE Rakhat received 106.4 billion tenge in revenue in 2025, compared to 90.9 billion tenge in 2024. At the same time, profit decreased to 4.96 billion tenge from 6.4 billion tenge in 2024. At the end of 2025, the company's retained earnings amounted to 71.9 billion tenge.
In total revenue for 2025, chocolate products accounted for 58.5 billion tenge (50.1 billion tenge in 2024), biscuit products – 21.3 billion tenge (20.3 billion tenge), candy products – 14.4 billion tenge (12 billion tenge), other products – 14.5 billion tenge (10.7 billion tenge).
The company does not provide revenue breakdown by country, but at the end of 2025, 1.8 billion tenge of trade receivables were in tenge, 561.5 million tenge in US dollars, 363 million tenge in Russian rubles, and 141.5 million tenge in Kyrgyz soms.
