Charles Leclerc took his first Formula 1 win in nearly two years as a chaotic British Grand Prix ended behind the safety car on Sunday. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Associated Press.

Leclerc crossed the finish line ahead of Mercedes driver George Russell in second and Lewis Hamilton in third. Standings leader Kimi Antonelli missed the points again with a damaged car.

Leclerc surged past Antonelli at the start as the Mercedes driver dropped to third. The race featured several crashes, including incidents that brought out the safety car. Leclerc held his position in the final laps to secure the win.

This was Leclerc's first victory since the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver celebrated with his team.
