Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia has not yet received a response to the US proposal on Ukraine, which was supported by President Vladimir Putin at the Alaska summit. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

"We thought we had reached an agreement there... However, to this day, we have not received any response to the American proposal we supported," Lavrov said in a speech at the 12th International Scientific and Expert Forum "Primakov Readings."

He also said Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine at any time. "We are open to negotiations at any time, but it must be a serious proposal," Lavrov stated at the 12th International Forum "Primakov Readings."
