The US goal in negotiations on settling the conflict in Ukraine is to form a comprehensive security system that would completely eliminate the risk of the conflict restarting. This was stated by Jared Kushner, son-in-law and special envoy of the US president. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to Kushner, on the instructions of the US president, Washington is actively working with all parties to find a path to a lasting peace.

“Our focus is not only on stopping this brutal war, but also on forming the broad security system needed to ensure that military actions never resume after they end,” Kushner wrote on social media X.

In addition, trilateral negotiations between Russia, the US and Ukraine will take place on November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi.

According to media reports, US President’s special envoy Steven Witkoff will participate in the negotiations alongside Kushner on behalf of the US.
