In Almaty, the Krisha website paid a fine for posting advertising that did not comply with legal requirements. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to the City Construction Control Department, the violation was identified in connection with the placement of advertisements for residential construction projects that did not have permission to attract funds from participants in shared construction.

As a result of the work carried out, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against the operators of the Internet platforms Krisha.kz and Korter.kz for placing advertisements for construction projects in violation of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Shared Participation in Housing Construction."

As a result, both companies were fined: JSC "Kolesa" (Krisha.kz) – 1,000 MCI, and the branch of "Flatfy-Kazakhstan" (Korter.kz) – 500 MCI.

According to current legislation, attracting citizens' funds for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings, as well as advertising such facilities, is permitted only if there is an appropriate permit from the authorized body or other mechanisms for protecting the rights of shareholders provided for by law. The facilities advertised on these Internet platforms did not have such permits.
