According to the minister, initially it was planned to produce 99 million 550 thousand tons of oil this year, as last year, and bring the figure to 100 million tons. However, due to attacks in January, as well as attacks that continued in June-July, we lost about 3.5 million tons of oil production.
Shareholders of TCO decided to postpone major repairs from this year to next year. This provided a certain opportunity, the minister said. Also, NCOC operators postponed repair work to 2027.
According to the minister, initially it was planned to produce 98 million tons of oil, now the adjusted plan is 96 million tons. Attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium will reduce oil production in Kazakhstan by 3.5 million tons. This is the calculation, said the head of the Ministry of Energy.
