A writer from South Africa, known by the pseudonym Coral Hart, has earned more than $1 million (over 453 million tenge) from book sales. The distinguishing feature of her work is that she creates her works not manually, but with the help of artificial intelligence. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Hundreds of novels via neural network

According to The Straits Times, Hart has published more than 370 books using AI and, by her own estimates, has sold over a million copies. At the same time, the author faces criticism and threats due to her use of neural networks.

Experience before switching to neural networks

Before switching to neural networks, Hart worked in publishing for 14 years and wrote dozens of books herself. Later, she spent three months understanding various AI programs and setting up her own system for writing texts.

Criticism and threats

The writer conceals her real name. According to her, on social media she is called a fraudster and accused of a dishonest approach to literature. She also stated that she has received tens of thousands of threatening messages, including several death threats.

Combining multiple neural networks

According to the author, she combines several neural networks at once, as each has its own strengths. For example, ChatGPT writes dialogues well but handles descriptions poorly, while Claude excellently builds plot and narrative logic. Grok is better suited than others for emotional and candid scenes.

Work process

At the same time, Hart does not simply ask a neural network to write a book from scratch. First, she comes up with the plot herself, defines the style, describes the characters, and draws up a chapter plan. Then the artificial intelligence creates the text according to her instructions. After that, the text is checked for plot logic and edited by a human.

Quality improvement

The writer claims that the quality of texts created with AI has noticeably improved since 2025. One of her novels even entered the top hundred best-selling books on Amazon.

Results since 2025

Since February 2025, the author has managed to release more than 370 books. These are mainly romance novels aimed at specific groups of people. In total, she has sold more than a million copies in electronic, paper, and audio formats. Before releasing books, Hart studies reader preferences and conducts marketing research.

Teaching other authors

Currently, the writer is also teaching other authors her methodology. According to her, several hundred people have already completed the training. In addition, she is preparing to launch the Authorythm program, which should help other authors create books using artificial intelligence.

Earlier, Kursiv wrote that NVIDIA co-founder and president Jensen Huang proposed making Kazakhstan a global hub for Physical AI. He voiced the initiative at a meeting with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in the Akorda.
