The President was briefed on the results of the Alatau City Roadshow held in the People's Republic of China. Kanat Bozymbaev said that 20 events and a number of meetings were held as part of the international presentation. As a result, 30 agreements and memorandums worth a total of $6.4 billion were signed.

The meeting also reviewed the implementation of the national project "Modernization of Energy and Utility Sectors." "This year, more than 1.1 trillion tenge will be allocated to update housing and communal infrastructure. This is the largest amount directed to the industry in the years of independence. Financing will be provided by domestic and international financial institutions. These measures will reduce the wear and tear of utility networks to 40 percent within three years," the message said.

The head of state drew attention to the need to widely involve domestic producers in projects to modernize energy and utility infrastructure. He also instructed to keep the vegetation period in the country, especially in the southern regions, under special control.

In addition, he emphasized the importance of forming a sustainable model for the development of Alatau city, attracting capital from around the world, and creating a favorable environment for innovation. The government was tasked with allocating the necessary funding for the infrastructure of Alatau city.
