At the 6th World Nomad Games held in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan's team won 12 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze medals in three days. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

In the competition, which brings together 3,000 athletes from 113 countries, Kazakhstani athletes are particularly prominent. In the audaryspak (horseback wrestling) weight category up to 100 kg, world champion and two-time winner of these games Syrym Izbasarov confidently defeated his opponent from Kyrgyzstan and climbed to the top of the podium for the third time.

In the weight category up to 90 kg, Daryn Utkelbay confidently defeated all rivals and became the gold medalist. In the super heavyweight category, Nurzhan Yerkinuly settled for a bronze medal.

These achievements demonstrate Kazakhstan's high level at the Nomad Games and make a significant contribution to the development of sports in the country.
