A schoolchild fell out of a moving car in Kokshetau. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
A video of the dangerous situation spread on social networks. The incident occurred on October 5 at around 8:00 near city schools.
According to police, the driver of a Subaru Forester had come to the school but dropped the child off in an undesignated place. While the car was moving, the child opened the door and fell out.
Police determined that the necessary seat belt or adapter was not used when transporting children of the relevant age.
"In connection with the incident, the driver was held administratively liable for violating passenger transportation requirements and stopping rules," the Akmola Region Police Department said.
A preventive talk was also held with him, and he was reminded of the need to strictly observe the rules for transporting children.
