In Kokshetau a child fell out of a car while being brought to school in the morning. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Shocking footage was captured by a dashcam in a witness's car. Police tracked down those involved in the incident and found that the driver violated several child transportation safety rules at once.

According to the Akмола region police department, the incident occurred on October 5 at around 8:00 near one of the city's schools. According to police data, the driver of a Subaru Forester stopped to drop off the child in an unauthorized place. While the car was still moving, the child opened the door and fell onto the road.

Police established that the car did not have a special child restraint device or a seat belt adapter required for transporting children of the corresponding age.

"Following the incident, the driver was brought to administrative liability for violating passenger transportation requirements and for violating stopping rules. A preventive talk was also held with him, and he was reminded of the need to strictly observe child transportation rules," the department's press service said.

The department noted that since the beginning of 2026, police have recorded more than 27 thousand violations of requirements for transporting passengers and cargo, as well as rules for using seat belts and motorcycle helmets.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that in the Kyzylorda region police stopped a six-year-old child at night driving a Land Cruiser.
