At night, a 26-year-old resident of Petropavl, after leaving a cafe, got into someone else's Changan CS75 Plus while intoxicated. Surprisingly, the car owner was sleeping in the front passenger seat at the time. The suspect drove about 10 meters before the car was stopped by officers of the patrol police battalion. A criminal case has been opened on this fact.
