The Akimat of Akmola Region has published a list of restrictions imposed on the territory of Lake Kobeytuz. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Earlier, the president instructed to grant Lake Kobeytuz the status of a specially protected natural area. Currently, preparatory work has begun to include it in the state national natural park "Buyratau."
According to specialists of the Akimat, fences and information boards have already been installed in the area adjacent to the lake. In the future, a special parking lot and observation platforms for visitors will appear, allowing them to enjoy the lake without harming the environment.
In addition, a number of restrictions have been introduced: - no vehicle entry; - no access to the coastal zone; - no swimming; - no collection of salt and therapeutic mud.
State inspectors of the national park and police officers are guarding the territory around the clock.
It is worth noting that Lake Kobeytuz, located approximately 160 kilometers from Astana, is known for its unusual pink hue. This unique natural feature attracts thousands of tourists, and the number of visitors to the lake increases every year.
