In the Mangystau region, three men who went to the Caspian Sea on an inflatable boat were rescued. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a message was received on the "112" hotline the previous evening about the disappearance of three residents of Zhanaozen. The men had gone to sea on an inflatable boat about two hours earlier near the Kenderli recreation area.

During the search, rescuers found one of the men swimming towards the shore on his own. He was taken aboard and brought to shore. The search for the other two men continued through the night.

The search was complicated by darkness and the vast expanse of the sea. Rescuers divided the search into four sectors. In total, specialists checked more than 20 kilometers of sea area and more than 70 kilometers from the air.

As a result, the remaining two men were found at a distance of about 10 kilometers from the shore. All three are safe and their lives are not in danger.
