Between January 1 and September 25, 2026, 397 tankers were loaded with oil at the marine terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in Novorossiysk. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Reasons for the decline in loading volumes
The consortium's press service noted that several factors contributed to the decline in oil loading volumes at the marine terminal in 2026. "The decline in oil loading volumes at the marine terminal in 2026 was affected by the consequences of the 2025 incident involving the subsea buoyant device (VPU), a reduction in the volume of oil received from Tengizchevroil LLP in the first quarter of this year, prolonged danger signals in the Novorossiysk area, as well as an increase in the number of days unfavorable for oil loading due to weather conditions," the statement said.
Report to shareholders
Representatives of the consortium's shareholders were presented with a report on the company's operations and work plans through 2036 in the management bodies of KTK-R JSC and KTK-K JSC.
"CPC General Director Nikolai Gorban delivered a report on the state of production and economic activities, labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection issues," the company noted.
Safety indicators
According to its data, in the first eight months of 2026, CPC employees and representatives of contractor organizations worked 8.2 million man-hours without incidents, while accident-free vehicle mileage amounted to 42 million kilometers.
Shareholders were presented with the progress of investment projects, proposals for optimizing oil pumping modes and cost optimization.
In addition, a procedure was held to elect members of the boards of directors of KTK-R JSC and KTK-K JSC.
